We believe continuity is important. A project manager is assigned to each individual project. A project manager; the clients point of contact for the duration of the project creates a project timing plan, oversees the design, manufacture and installation process to ensure all phases run smoothly and on time.
In these particular projects each hotel remained open and in operation. Each floor was fitted out in phases with only 1 floor closed at a given time keeping the hotel functional. Accurate planning is key and each of our project managers will ensure each project is completed on time in the best way possible.
