Ramada Encore Warrington, Inverness, Ipswich, and Birmingham City Centre
ODonnell Begins Work on 10th Ramada Encore ProjectApril 2009: This year to date sees ODonnell complete installations at Ramada Encore sites in Warrington (103 rooms), Inverness (90 rooms) and Ipswich (126 rooms) with another in Birmingham city centre (131 rooms) scheduled to begin in early May. This will bring the number of sites fitted out by ODonnell to 10 and illustrates how our ongoing association with the Ramada Encore brand continues.
Glasgow-based hotel group BDL Management who oversee the Ramada Encore fit outs chose ODonnell as an approved supplier of the bedroom casegoods because of our knowledge of the product, design expertise and levels of service. ODonnell developed the brand range with BDL and continue to produce consistently high quality products that are delivered and fitted on schedule. In addition, ODonnell provides added value by carrying out a quality pre-manufacture site visit, which includes checking to ensure the requested furniture items can be accommodated in the particular building. If not, then ODonnell’s factory adjusts one or more of the items for a perfect fit.
Ramada Encore hotels cater for both the leisure and business visitor and the bedroom design features a contemporary Ash finish. ODonnell have made and supplied double and twin headboards with box lights and flexi lights; beds; hanging rail units with panels that have a curved feature light; mirrors and desk units. The casegoods provide a superior level of comfort with innovative design that makes the most of the floor space available. The Ramada Encore brand range is a prime example of how ODonnell answered the demand for a fresh, stylish feel to be brought to the guestrooms.
On average over the 10 Ramada Encore sites, ODonnells also supply 5 – 6% of bedrooms to cater for disabled visitors. These feature a lowered hanging rail and an assistance button located in the headboard.
