ODonnell Furniture works in partnership with the industry’s leading architects, designers, main contractors and hotel operators to ensure that our projects are completed on time and within agreed budgets. Our 60,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility is equipped with state of the art machinery and is staffed by highly skilled craftsmen.

All processes and services, on and off the factory floor are accredited to ISO 9001:2015.The factory incorporates state of the art equipment including Altendorf Panel Saws, automatic staining and polishing lines, Rye C.N.C. router, Biesse point-to-point boring machine, Heeseman sanders and a range of spindle moulders and other woodworking machinery.

A wide range of materials are employed such as solid woods, veneers, inlays, laminates and foils, incorporating design details such as metal, glass, lighting, marble and granite. Surfaces are finished with the latest technology – Ultra Violet Lacquer – providing the toughest finish and meeting FIRA 6250 ‘severe’ ratings.

Saying all this, we care about the environment in which we work in, We have been working to reduce our carbon footprint for many years. In the last year we have commissioned a complete factory heating system using our wood waste. We have installed the most efficient lighting and we have modified each and every machine to use the least amount of power. Our emissions to the environment are the lowest achievable and are constantly under review with the aim of reducing to zero. Hard to believe, coming from a factory working within the wood industry.
