ODonnells has a team of highly qualified and experienced project managers.

Every one of our projects is allocated a dedicated project manager who will embrace the clients vision from start to finish and strive to ensure that the vision is realised.

It is often said that the devil is in the detail and this is surely true in hotel fit out. The project manager will manage each and every detail to get the right furniture to the right place at the right time. It sounds easy enough but these are complex projects.

We use “Microsoft Project” to lay out the project in all its complexity. This tool is then used to manage each and every task from conception to design freeze, from manufacture to delivery and from installation to completion and final sign off.
