Much of the company's business comes from repeat business and word of mouth recommendations from satisfied customers.

In 2004 the company received the prestigious Irish quality award of ISO 9001:2000 in recognition of its ongoing commitment to operational excellence in its activities. In March 2010 this certification was upgraded to ISO 9001:2008. The company is currently aligning its manufacturing waste disposal activities to receive the ISO 14001 environmental award.
